1. APART FROM THE ONLINE STORE, WHERE ELSE CAN I FIND PLANET A PRODUCTS?

For the time being, PLANET A is a shop that only sells online.

2. WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT CAN I USE?

You can pay, without any additional cost, through your PAYPAL account or credit card using the PAYPAL payment gateway.

3. WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I MAKE MY PURCHASE ONLINE?

Once you have correctly made your purchase, a window will appear confirming that the purchase has been made successfully.  You will also receive an email confirming your purchase and a telephone number in case you have any doubts.  If you do not receive the email, the order has not been completed and no charge will be made to your card.

4. IS IT SAFE TO BUY AT PLANET A?

Every transaction made at www.planetafuerteventura.com is 100% secure. Every transaction is carried out following a strict data protection policy.  All the information you transmit travels encrypted through the network.   Likewise, the data on your credit card will not be registered on any data base.

5. CAN I PLACE AN ORDER AS A PRESENT?

If you want to place an order as a present, in the section for comments, please mention that it is for a present and if you want to, you can add a text that we would include inside the package.  If the delivery address is different from yours, make sure to update this information on the delivery address.

6. HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping costs for Europe 3€

Planet A will not be responsible for customs fees or taxes collected by the country or area to which your order is sent.

It is impossible for us to advise or to inform the client on this aspect as these amounts may vary according to country. Mentioned expenses will be paid by the client upon reception of delivery.

7. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Planet A products purchased online are sent by postal mail. Deliveries may take up to 3 weeks.

Keep in mind that delivery times outside Fuerteventura (Canary Islands) may vary due to factors beyond Planeta’s control which is why Planeta will not be held responsible for possible delays in estimated delivery times.

We apologize for this, but being based in Fuerteventura makes deliveries a little more difficult.

8. CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY ORDER?

By law, from the moment the order is received, you have 14 calendar days to contact us and let us know about your interest in returning the order.  You will then receive an email with all the information on exchanges and returns.

If the reason for the exchange or return is because the product is faulty or you received the wrong product, the exchange will not incur in any extra charge.  In any other case, the additional costs of the return will be incurred by the client.

The client must contact us through email where information will be given on how to proceed within the previously mentioned time frame.  All communications taking place after the deadline will not be valid.

Discontinuance entails the full refund of the purchase amount and in order for the client to receive a full refund, it is essential that the product remain in perfect condition by keeping the original packaging and the purchase invoice.
