EN|Another beach cleanup and a find as BIG as unpleasant.
A huge ghostnet got stuck between the rocks.
As it’s impossible to move the whole thing i have to cut it piece by piece .
Most of it goes to the recycling bin but a few undamaged parts will be cleaned and upcycled into bracelets.

Today we’ve enjoyed the first sunny day after weeks of bad weather and cleaned up approx 10kg of ocean plastic.

Many of them enter the sea and break down into smaller parts and microplastic.
They threaten marine life and finally enter the foodchain
Refuse single use and get yourself a reusable bottle. Each time you refill your bottle, one plastic bottle less is used.

ES| Sólo en España se venden 900 millones de botellas de plástico al mes.
Muchas de ellas entran en el mar y se descomponen en partes más pequeñas y microplásticos.
Amenazan la vida marina y finalmente entran en la cadena alimentaria.

EN| The wind from the east in the mediterranean sea is called Levante. It brings rain and windforces up to 30 knots.
Unfortunately a lot of oceanplastic will be washed up on the shore.
Guess some beachcleanup action will be needed💪🏽
Hopefully we‘ll find some driftwood pieces aswell which @ ile_ostropolsky will transform into beautiful

ES| El viento del este en el mar mediterráneo se llama Levante. Trae lluvia y fuerzas de viento de hasta 30 nudos.
Por desgracia, una gran cantidad de oceanplastic será arrastrado a la orilla.
Supongo que será necesaria una acción de limpieza de playas💪🏽
Con suerte encontraremos algunas piezas de madera a la deriva que @ ile_ostropolsky transformará en hermosas obras de arte.
