    In compliance with the disclosure of information contained in article 10 of Law 34/2002, dated July 11, on the Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services, the following information is stated: Planeta Fuerteventura – Ileana Ostropolsky (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) with Tax Identification Number NIF 39446616Y and domiciled for these purposes at Coronel González del Hierro, 37 Lajares, La Oliva (Fuerteventura) is the owner of the website www.cabrasanta.com (hereinafter referred to as “the portal or website”), and the contact email address is: info@cabrasanta.com
  2. Users
    The use of present portal is absolutely voluntary and assumes the full acceptance by whom accesses it, hereinafter referred to as the “User”, of all the conditions in force at every moment while on the present address. The Provider reserves its right to withdraw access to the present web page, without previous notice, to any User that goes against these conditions. The User has the responsibility to carefully read the present conditions.
  3. Website usage
    www.planetafuerteventura.com, provides access to a lot of information, services, programs or data (from here on, “the contents”) on the internet owned by the Provider. The User takes on the responsibilty of the use of the portal. Mentioned responsibility extends to the registration that may be necessary to access determined services or contents. In said registration, the User will be responsible for providing true and legal information. As a consequence to this registration, the User will be provided with a password which the User will thereby be responsible for commiting to a diligent and confidential use of it.     The Provider complies with guidelines of the Organic Law 15/1999 dated December 13th on the Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 1720/2007 dated December 21st by which the Regulation of the development of the Organic Law as well as other current regulations is approved and protects the guarantee of its correct use and treatment of the User’s personal data. In the framework of its activities, the current portal has the option of registering users to send communications via email and sending messages through the contact form. The requested personal data in this activity will be incorporated into a file whose purpose is the communication of news and contents related to the portal and the services offered by the Provider. The Provider expressly informs and guarantees the User that their personal data will not be relinquished in any case to third parties and that whenever there was to be any kind of relinquishment of personal data, it would require the express, informed, and unequivocal consent of the owners in advance.
